A quick consult for sudden unwellness that typically last a short time e.g. colds, flu, sprains, emotional stress of an event e.g., presentation or exam support, overseas travel preparedness. Or if you have a quick question about holistic health that needs answering.

NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION.
You get a chance to tell your health story in depth and ask all the questions you need to. This is your opportunity to introduce yourself and really share your story, including your birth, your childhood, your family’s health, your emotions, diet, lifestyle, exercise etc. I encourage you to be as open as possible – the more details, the better. I find it is crucial to delve deep into the reasons behind a client's declining health. My priority is to uncover and address the fundamental causes of their illness rather than merely alleviating the symptoms they present.
I include a health history timeline, so we can visually relate your health circumstances to other milestones and life situations. I ask you a lot of questions which are designed to search for connections between body systems and ailments. I realize that recounting your story can often be a painful or an emotional process. It may also prompt you to begin reflecting on areas in your life that, consciously or subconsciously, cause stress or dysfunction and may actually be sabotaging your wellbeing. But also, it can be a starting place to heal. I also request complete details of any medications or supplements (herbal or nutritional) that you are taking (brand name and dosage), along with copies of any medical test results (blood, urine, etc.) that you have had within the last 12 months and/or letters from medical specialists that you have received within the last 12 months – longer if they relate to your primary complaint.
This consultation is for 1 hour or 45 minutes for children up to age 17. *(complex conditions may require a follow up appointment to complete the intake)
Adult Consultation (1 hour) $100.00
Gold Card / Community Services Card (1 hour) $ 65.00
Children to 17 years (45 minutes) $ 50.00
Follow Up Consultations (30 minutes)
The first follow up consultation is usually a month after the Consultation.
Includes Wellness Plan with recommendations, where appropriate, on diet/nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, herbal medicine, flower essences and homeobotanicals.

Extended Follow Up Consultations (1 hour)
An hour follow-up consultation is available if you feel there are new issues to discuss, or you have any in depth questions.
